Training Technician
GG 7Major Duties
- Serve as a Training Assistant under the general supervision of the Company Commander, Executive, or First Sergeant and alongside the training Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO).
- Ensure unit and individual training plans and programs are established and conducted within the Army's and Cyber Protection Brigade's (CPB) training guidance and standards.
- Serve as the focal point to input and monitor training, readiness statistics, and compliance with published training guidance from battalion and the Brigade using the Digital Training Management System (DTMS).
- Assist in updating training records for all members of the Company in Army Training Requirements and Resources Systems (ATRRS).
- Monitor completion of training accomplished by all units within the Company using DTMS, Cyber Training Tracker (CTT), and draft reports to that effect for the Company Command Leadership use.
- Ensure all training resulting in Information Technology certifications is annotated in the Army Training and Certification Tracking System (ACTCS).
