Major Duties

  • Incumbent to exercise initiative and sound judgment in planning, coordinating, and completing work in compliance with established policies and procedures within allocated time frames.
  • Advises management and assists them in the preparation of a variety of administrative and technical documents.
  • Assists the Deputy Director with developing and maintaining the annual RRMC (Raven Rock Mountain Complex) IT (Information Technology) Program Objective Memorandum (POM).
  • Speaks on behalf of the Deputy Director on administrative matters.
  • Monitors, instructs, and provides guidance to all directorate personnel in correct procedures for preparing the time and attendance reports.
  • Establishes necessary controls, including internal controls to ensure compliance with governing regulations, directives, and policies.
  • Accomplishes clerical, statistical, and data entry tasks in support of the administrative functions using an automated data processing (ADP) system.
  • Incumbent is primary hand receipt holder and serves as the training card holder responsible for maintaining and tracking all reimbursable acquisition packages, and credit card purchases.
  • Maintaining and/or preparing time and attendance reports.
  • Tracking and monitoring deadlines.
