Major Duties

  • Serves as the Deputy G8, Comptroller, US Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER), with responsibility and authority for command-wide management of all assigned missions.
  • Serves as financial management advisor and consultant to the Commander and Deputy Commanders, ARCYBER.
  • Oversees the development and execution of detailed plans covering program budget planning, policy formulation, manpower and management of all assigned areas. Establishes and implements internal control procedures.
  • Oversees the overall planning and execution of program development, the commands productivity enhancement programs, management programs, support agreements, and accounting functions.
  • Reviews ARCYBER and subordinate commands’ activities and programs to determine progress against long-range plans and determines necessary adjustments.
