Telecommunications Manager

Major Duties
- Serve as the Civilian Executive Officer (CXO) of U.S. Army Signal Activity (UASA) Camp Roberts, 302d Signal Battalion.
- Interpret and implement directives and standards to ensure operational and technical requirements are met in accordance with policy.
- Plan, organize, coordinate, direct and control technical operations, logistical, facility, and resource support for the entire station.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance during complex station malfunctions and ensures prompt restoration of failed systems.
- Plan and supervise the development, implementation and adherence to procedures in order to maintain maximum station capability.
- Provide technical administrative, and managerial supervision over a mixed workforce comprised of civilian and military personnel involved in worldwide inter and intra-agency secure and non-secure communications.
- Advise the Commanding Officer on all matters of operation, maintenance, employment, and support of the station's telecommunications mission.
- Provide the Commander with coordinated actions and recommendations for decision.
- Provide continuity of operations and plans during transition of Commanding Officers.
